At Kay’s Collection, we believe self-care should be beautiful, meaningful, and sustainable. Our refill service helps you reduce waste by giving new life to your favourite vessels and containers—all lovingly refilled by hand with natural, high-quality ingredients.

As we refill your product, we also infuse it with personalized Reiki energy—adding another layer of care and intention to your self-care rituals.

Candle Refills

Bring back your Kay’s Collection vessels, or bring in your own heat-safe mugs, vases, dishes, or any container that feels special to you. Each refill is custom-poured with premium soy wax and all-natural scents—free from synthetics, parabens, and phthalates.

You can:

♡ Drop off and pick up in Gibsons
♡ Add local delivery for a small fee
♡ Choose your scent from our seasonal or signature blends (or request something custom)
♡ Add beautiful extras like wood wicks, gemstones, dried lavender, or flowers 

Every vessel is unique—please message us for a custom quote based on size, wick type, and any extras.

Also Available for Refill:

♡ Bath Soaks – Refilled into our vessels or any container you love
♡ Aromatherapy Sprays – Refilled into Kay’s Collection spray bottles only, to ensure proper function
♡ Roll-Ons – Refill available only in Kay’s Collection roll-on bottles
♡ Reed Diffusers – Refilled in our vessels, or message us to see if your container is compatible (new reeds are typically required)

Please note: We currently do not offer refills on lip balms or wax melts.
